 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unactivated, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty card intact
• Products with physical damage, signs of use, or missing components are not eligible for return

 Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or water exposure
• Products with broken seals or missing serial numbers
• Products purchased during clearance or "Final Sale" promotions

 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@olivlife.in within 7 days of delivery
2. Include: Order ID · Product name · Reason for return · Photos/video of the issue
3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
4. Pack the product securely in original packaging and hand it to our logistics partner
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned item.

 Replacement Policy
If your product has a manufacturing defect discovered after the 7-day window but within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it under our 1-Year Warranty. This is not a refund — it is a warranty service.
