Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unactivated, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty card intact
- Products with physical damage, signs of use, or missing components are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or water exposure
- Products with broken seals or missing serial numbers
- Products purchased during clearance or "Final Sale" promotions
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@olivlife.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include: Order ID · Product name · Reason for return · Photos/video of the issue
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Pack the product securely in original packaging and hand it to our logistics partner
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Replacement Policy

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your Order ID once placed, and a tracking link once dispatched

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to reship — reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit?
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it, or take an unboxing video as proof and contact us at support@olivlife.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
