Oliv Life – Return, Replacement, and Repair Policy
Applicability This Return and Replacement Policy applies exclusively to products purchased through Oliv Life’s official website (https://www.olivlife.in).
Returns and Exchanges Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Pickup Attempts
- Reverse pickup will be attempted within 24–72 hours from the request date.
- A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
- Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area.
Non-Returnable Items Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used, installed, or altered products.
- Items not in original condition or missing parts.
- Return/replacement/exchange requests made after the 10-day window.
- Damage or missing product reported after 3 days of delivery.
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
Return Process To initiate a return:

- Fill in the required details, including Order ID, using this return link: https://olivlife.in/
- Share product photos and unboxing video (mandatory for further verification).
- We will review the request within 3 working days.
- If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be asked to self-ship the product.
- Self-shipping must be done via a reliable courier and tracking details must be shared with our support team.
- Once received, the product will be inspected, and refund or replacement will be processed based on verification.
Shipping Instructions
- Pack the product securely to prevent transit damage.
- Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
- Ensure product is unused, with all accessories and packaging intact.
Inspection and Approval
- Returned product will be inspected upon receipt.
- Once approved, replacement or refund will be processed within 48–72 hours.
- Replacement will be delivered within 10 business days.
Refunds
- For COD Orders: Refunds will be issued to your Oliv Life Wallet within 4–5 working days after pickup completion.
- For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 working days after pickup.
- Promotional Offers: Orders under offers like Buy 1 Get 1 Free, bundled freebies, or similar are not eligible for return or exchange.
Note:
- COD refunds will be credited to the Oliv Life Wallet (usable for future purchases).
- Shipping charges, reward points, and store credits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If you no longer wish to receive the product, please refuse delivery.
Repair Policy – Products Purchased from Olivlife Website
- For repair requests within 1-year warranty, WhatsApp us at +91 8527320030.
- Support team will respond within 24–72 hours with instructions.
- If return pickup is not possible, please self-ship the product within 48 hours of request approval.
- Product must be returned with original packaging and all accessories.
- Ensure secure packing—Oliv Life is not liable for damage during return transit.
- Warehouse team will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
- Once verified, repair/replacement will be processed within 72 hours.
- If damage is found, no repair or replacement will be provided.
