Oliv Life Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) – Terms & Conditions 

1. This is an Oliv Life Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and is valid for redemption only at https://olivlife.in.

2. The Gift Voucher is issued by Olivlife

3. The individual holding the Oliv Life Gift Voucher / Gift Code is considered the beneficiary.

4. Oliv Life is not liable for any Gift Voucher / Gift Card that is lost, stolen, or used without the holder’s permission.

5. Only 1 Gift Voucher / Gift Card can be used in a single bill or transaction.

6. Each Oliv Life GV / GC is valid for one-time use only and is subject to an expiry date.

7. No credit note or refund will be issued for any unused balance on the GV / GC.

8. Any unused balance amount shall automatically lapse and will not be recoverable.

9. Oliv Life GV / GC cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstance.

10. Oliv Life GV / GC can be clubbed with one existing offer on the Oliv Life website.

11. GV / GC cannot be redeemed during blackout dates as specified by Oliv Life, which may be updated on the website at Oliv Life’s sole discretion without prior notice or liability.

12. Any dispute related to the GV / GC must be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. Legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

13. Oliv Life will make best efforts to accept the GV / GC. However, due to technical issues or reasons beyond control, if the GV / GC fails to process, Oliv Life shall not be held liable.

14. If a GV / GC is blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failure after applying the GV / GC, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original gift card within 48 hours.

16. Oliv Life reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice or liability.

17. Oliv Life holds final authority on the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

18. Oliv Life reserves the right to withdraw the Gift Voucher / Gift Card scheme or offer before the end of the validity period without any notice or liability.

19. Oliv Life reserves the right to deny acceptance of any GV / GC if card duplication or fraud is suspected.

20. Under no circumstances shall Oliv Life’s liability exceed the value of the Gift Voucher / Gift Card in dispute.
